You have spent most of your time in motherhood putting everyone else’s needs before yours, letting your own slip down the priority list. Reset is a chance to give yourself a break and put yourself first so you can slow you down, reflect and truly explore your motherhood experience to date. Together we will remove the shackles of modern motherhood expectations so you can look at all of YOU now you are a parent and start your deep journey to connecting back to who you are and who you have become in motherhood. By the end, you will more deeply connected to the women you are now in motherhood, not the old version of yourself and you will be clear on the direction you want to go moving forward.

Not only have you been putting everyone else’s needs before your own, you don’t even know what it is you need or want anymore because you’ve become so lost in the juggle. You have little sense of the version you are now - one who has done remarkable things in motherhood. This phase is about rediscovering yourself. We will turn the noise of the juggle off so that you can focus on what truly matters to you now - how your ambitions have evolved, what your central values are and how the different moving parts of your life can fit together. Together we will break you free of negative self talk and instead, give you the confidence to break negative cycles without feeling guilty for putting yourself first. By the end, you will be able to let go of the motherhood guilt and express with confidence your full self, without apology.

In Rise, you will get clear on your how you will live your life in all it’s glory in a way that reflects what you actually have the means and capacity to achieve. Together, we will explore how to align your outputs with your energy, not just your to do list and unlock the mechanisms you can pull on to ensure you find true joy in the juggle of motherhood. By the end, you will have the tools and action plan you need to confidently embrace your whole self and go after what you want in life, work and motherhood.

So much of how we feel in motherhood is forced upon us, but it doesn't have to be this way.

It does take work. I know because I’ve had to do it myself. After having kids I lost myself in everyone else’s needs and had no idea how to articulate the ways I had changed and what that meant for what I wanted for life.

 

Motherhood forced me to look at myself and start unpicking patterns and behaviours that had crept in - to my detriment. I’d had enough of the negative self talk, of feeling like I had more to offer, of getting hung up on things that didn’t actually reflect the life I wanted to lead.

 

Through these reflections and hard work, it became blindingly obvious that so much of what we feel as mothers is forced upon us. We live in a society where there are some many ideas of what motherhood should look and feel like. This all defines what it means to be a mother and shapes our own experiences.

 

When we become mothers are bodies and minds undergoing seismic changes. You are contending with months, if not years of sleep deprivation, transitions in/out of the workplace spending shifts as well as having to wade through all the expectations of how you should parent. It is little wonder you feel overwhelmed and that guilt becomes the norm.

Only ever 8 people on a programme to ensure my full attention

A 90 minute deep dive call to kick the journey off and understand where we need to go together.

6x 60 minute sessions, delivered weekly or bi-weekly with a personalised coaching pathway.

Ongoing support from me throughout  to maintain momentum and mitigate any wobbles.

A 45 minute check in one month later to see how you are doing in your new found mindset.
